The AUKKV installation is a single measuring system supplied in a common housing or on a floor—mounted frame. The overall dimensions of the installation, according to the presented scheme, are 1500 mm in height and 1040 mm in width. The design is based on a vertical rack on which all the key components are mounted.
Установка АУККВ — это единый измерительный комплекс, поставляемый в общем корпусе или на раме в напольном исполнении. Габаритные размеры установки, согласно представленной схеме, составляют 1500 мм в высоту и 1040 мм в ширину. В основе конструкции лежит вертикальная стойка, на которой смонтированы все ключевые узлы
The main components of the system:
Control panel and parameter display: The tablet industrial logic controller (PLC) SPK210 (OWEN) is used as the display medium.
Power shield: Provides power distribution for all elements of the system.
Electromechanical valves: Control the flow of the analyzed and flushing liquid.
Analyzers: A set of sensors for measuring various water quality parameters.
Sampling system: A unit for sampling the analyzed liquid.
Supply pump: Provides a forced supply of the measured liquid to the system.
Discharge device: A system for draining liquid after analysis.
Reagent cleaning system: Used for flushing and cleaning the flow measuring chamber.
